You can cancel order when order place within 24 hours, after 24 hours no cancel order in our shop. Because our team needs to work out the order for you as soon as possible, we hope you understand.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will plan and send to you again. No return will be done or full refunds will be made. You must provide pictures of the condition of the toy or item that you received.
