We have a no return policy, which means you cannot return your items when you place an order from our shop. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will plan and send to you again. no return will be done or full refunds will be made. You must provide pictures of the condition of the toy or item that you received.
